Our Project Management Courses

Here at CaPE, we do all that we can to make sure that our students pass the PMP Certification Exam on the very first try. It’s our job to equip you with the knowledge you need to not only prepare for the exam, but to get ready for your newfound career.

Right now at CaPE, we’re offering two valuable project management courses. They include:

Project Management Leadership

As a project manager, you must be able to influence your team. But you should also have the skills to influence project stakeholders that you don’t have direct authority over – and this isn’t something that comes naturally to everyone.

In this Project Management Leadership course, you’ll learn critical skills related to leading projects, along with specific leadership principles and techniques relevant to your position.

You will learn to recognize various organizational structures inside which a project manager performs, describe various leadership characteristics, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Prep Course Program

If you have three or more years of project management experience and want to earn your PMI Project Management Professional Certification, this course is for you. This certification is one of the most highly-regarded and respected in the project management field, and earning it solidifies your foundation of experience with managing projects.
